What we expect from YOU: ALL Coaches - Read the bi-weekly Coach Action Plan (CAP) and complete *Action Items* in a timely manner. Communicate questions to your site coordinator. Liaisons - Read the weekly Liaison Lighthouse and complete all action items in a timely manner. Communicate questions and concerns via the Liaison Check in and/or your site coordinator.
What to expect from US: Weekly Liaison Lighthouse, Bi-weekly Coach Action Plan, Monthly Community Bulletin, Site Coordinator Communication, and Site Visits.
Best Practices:
Read the Coach Action Plan! The Coach Action Plan is sent bi-weekly on throughout the season. If you do not receive the bulletin to your email, please email the Programs Team to be added to the list.

Purpose: Replacing TeamSnap, Playmetrics is an app and browser communication and youth program platform used for communicating games, events, and timely resources to all coaches. DC SCORES will communicate through their email, chat, and alert functions by program, team, and coach type.
Who: ALL Coaches, DC SCORES Staff, Families (if invited). Specific Team, Leagues, and Coach Groups.
What: An app and mobile platform that houses: chat messages, emails, alerts, events, and resources.
