Best Practices:
Direct Families to our website "events" page, here. This calendar will be updated throughout the season to provide the most up-to-date details as well as specifics regarding: event time, location, transportation, and special announcements.
Use flyers sparingly to highlight basic details. Our flyers will also always direct folks to our events website for additional information.
Coaches, revisit the Coach Action Plan and Playmetrics for additional event logistics. We will share full logistics, like bus pickup times, run of show, and team expectations through an event-specific email via Playmetrics with reminders in the Coach Action Plan. We aim to keep external resources for families as clear and concise as possible.

ES Jamboree (May 30th)
ES Jamboree (May 30th)
Purpose: Print or share the link to flyers for families to save the date. Communicate your group time and inform families of your bus pickup time: 1h before event start (teams are scheduled to arrive early for check-in and our opening circle).
Key Reminders:
Teams are expected to stay for the duration of the event. Our leagues team creates game schedules based on RSVPs.
Afternoon teams (group 2) have the option to eat at 11:00 before activities start, or arrive by 11:30 AM and take food to go at the end of the event.
Exact bus pickup times will be sent via REMIND the week of Jamboree with bus driver information.
MS Spring Cup (June 2ND & 3rd)

Purpose: Print or share the link to flyers for families to save the date. Communicate your group time and inform families of your bus pickup time: 10:30 AM.
Key Reminders:
COED: Tuesday, June 2nd | BOYS/GIRLS: Wednesday, June 3rd
COED teams and BOYS/GIRLS teams Spring Cup will take on two different days. Each school will only attend their respective event.
