Best Practices: 

• Direct Families to our website "events" page, here. This calendar will be updated throughout the season to provide the most up-to-date details as well as specifics regarding: event time, location, transportation, and special announcements. 

• Use flyers sparingly to highlight basic details. Our flyers will also always direct folks to our events website for additional information.

• Coaches, revisit the Coach Bulletin and TeamSnap for additional event logistics. We will share full logistics, like bus pickup times, run of show, and team expectations through either the Coach Bulletin or TeamSnap. We aim to keep external resources for families as clear and concise as possible.
